About This Role

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. In this on-site role, you will play a vital part in providing patient care and supporting our nursing staff.

What You'll Do

• Conduct patient assessments to determine health needs and concerns.

• Administer medications and monitor vital signs accurately.

• Provide wound care and assist in infection control measures.

• Educate patients about their health conditions and self-care practices.

• Perform basic life support when necessary and ensure a safe environment for patients.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in patient assessment and medication administration.

• Strong skills in wound care and vital signs monitoring.

• Basic Life Support certification is required.

• Excellent communication skills for patient education.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
