Job description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to senior management.

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate events.

  • Prepare, format, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, and business documents.

  • Manage correspondence, phone calls, records, databases, and confidential information.

  • Take meeting notes, prepare follow-ups, and maintain accurate documentation.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements when required.

  • Liaise professionally with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external contacts.

  • Coordinate meeting facilities, refreshments, office supplies, mail, and courier services.

  • Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and business etiquette at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or GED required; certification in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field preferred.

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role preferred.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Excellent organizational, time-management, typing, and recordkeeping skills.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional telephone etiquette.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and anticipate management needs.

  • Working knowledge of standard office equipment and administrative procedures.
