Senior Product Manager – Document Intelligence Platform

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager – Document Intelligence Platform to lead the strategy, execution, and delivery of innovative document processing capabilities across both B2B and B2C products. This role will own the product lifecycle from vision and roadmap through launch and optimization, ensuring solutions meet the needs of business users and consumers.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in product management, document intelligence, AI-driven workflows, OCR technologies, and financial software. You will partner with engineering, design, AI/ML, compliance, and business stakeholders to build secure, scalable, and intuitive document processing solutions that improve automation, accuracy, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Document Intelligence Platform.

• Lead the development of intelligent document processing solutions for business and consumer applications.

• Drive innovation in document import, OCR, AI-powered data extraction, and financial data integrations.

• Improve user experience by reducing manual data entry and increasing automation.

• Use customer feedback, market research, and analytics to prioritize product initiatives.

• Balance innovation with platform reliability, scalability, and compliance requirements.

• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, AI/ML, compliance, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.

• Communicate product strategy, priorities, and business impact to stakeholders and leadership.

• Monitor industry trends in AI, OCR, and document processing technologies to identify new opportunities.

• Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

• Promote agile product development and continuous improvement practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 5–7+ years of Product Management experience in software, fintech, tax technology, financial services, or a related industry.

• Proven experience managing software products from strategy through delivery.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience using customer research and data to drive product decisions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Experience working with Agile methodologies and design thinking.

• Strong collaboration skills across engineering, product, design, and compliance teams.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
