CLARA

Medical Practice·1-10 employees

Healthcare delivery today suffers from a dangerous disconnect between frontline action and operational insight. While surgical services represent the most complex, high-revenue area of the hospital, they are also the most opaque, rife with inefficiencies, communication breakdowns, and missed opportunities to coordinate care. These gaps cut across all stakeholders - patients, providers, payers, and administrators - resulting in wasted resources, delayed care, and eroded margins. Our story has been formed over years of clinical experience as hospital administrators, perioperative leaders, surgeons, and OR nurses. We have lived on the frontlines for a collective 34 years and served in no less than 15 hospitals. Our team has identified identical pain points across many organizations that can now be served with recent advancements in technology. This opportunity prompted us to solve our own problems and develop a real-time workflow-operations solution to enhance surgical services across the industry. Our team continues to engage colleagues, mentors, and advisors to guide our OR focused services for the benefit of everyone on the continuum of care. By eliminating information gaps at the point of care and enabling precise, time-driven resource management, CLARA makes high-reliability, high-efficiency care a reality—not just a goal. In a system under pressure to do more with less, CLARA helps hospitals align clinical excellence with financial sustainability.
