Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Business Development Intern to join our search fund. This role offers a unique, hands-on opportunity to experience the entire lifecycle of a small business acquisition sourcing & transaction process.

You will work directly with the Managing Director and play a critical role in two primary areas: deal sourcing (outreach) and initial financial/operational evaluation. This is an ideal position for students or recent graduates looking to break into transaction-based careers like private equity or enterprise sales.
