📍 San Francisco, CA (Remote within the U.S. – Bay Area candidates encouraged to work from the SF office)
💰 Salary: $150K–$250K + Competitive Equity

💻 Tech Stack

🚀 What You'll Do
Build and ship production LLM-powered healthcare applications
Develop AI workflows such as clinical trial matching, ambient AI copilots, and billing automation
Improve an AI documentation platform used daily by thousands of clinicians
Build and optimize LLM inference pipelines and real-time speech recognition systems
Work closely with product, design, and clinical teams to launch impactful AI features
✅ We're Looking For
5+ years building production AI/LLM applications
Strong experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, or similar LLMs
Comfortable working across the full stack to ship products quickly
Strong product mindset with a focus on ownership and customer impact
Startup experience or founder mentality is a big plus
⭐ Nice to Have
Whisper or other ASR experience
FHIR, HL7, or healthcare AI experience
HIPAA, SOC-2, or secure data pipeline experience
