About the Position

RPC Restoration is looking for motivated, dependable canvassers to help homeowners identify potential roofing and exterior damage and schedule free property inspections.

This is a customer-facing position. You will work in assigned neighborhoods, speak directly with homeowners, explain our inspection services, and schedule appointments for our roofing specialists. You are not expected to inspect roofs or close roofing contracts.

Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned residential neighborhoods

• Introduce RPC Restoration and explain our services

• Speak with homeowners about roofing, siding, gutter, and storm-damage concerns

• Schedule qualified inspection appointments

• Accurately record homeowner and appointment information

• Follow up with interested homeowners when necessary

• Represent RPC Restoration professionally and respectfully

• Attend team meetings and training sessions

• Use the company’s mobile applications to track leads and appointments

Qualifications

• Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face

• Positive attitude and professional appearance

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods

• Sales, canvassing, customer-service, or roofing experience is helpful but not required

• Must be willing to learn and follow our sales and appointment-setting process
