Pharmacist in Charge

PHARMACIST IN CHARGE – MIAMI, FL

💰 Salary: $140,000–$150,000/year

📍 Location: Miami, Florida

🕐 Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

A healthcare pharmacy is seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge to oversee daily pharmacy operations, dispense medications safely and accurately, lead pharmacy technicians, and ensure excellent patient care.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of retail pharmacy management experience

• PharmD/Pharmacy degree

• Active Florida pharmacist license

• Fluent in English and Spanish

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience using a pharmacy patient management system

• Previous pharmacy leadership experience preferred
