Required Qualifications:

Active member in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
At least seven or more years of meaningful experience handling foreclosure, dispossessory/eviction, and real estate title and closing matters.
Strong working knowledge of Georgia foreclosure practice, dispossessory/eviction procedures, real estate title issues, closing processes, and creditor rights matters.
Prior experience managing attorneys, paralegals, processors, or legal support staff.
Strong legal writing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple divisions, competing deadlines, and high-volume legal workflows.
Sound judgment, attention to detail, professionalism, and a strong client-service mindset.
Ability to lead with confidence, accountability, respect, and practical business judgment.
Tennessee Bar admission is a plus, but not required.
