O2 is a pediatric health-tech startup building the emotional layer of global healthcare. A mental health and wellness application platform for children in hospitals. Rooted in neuroscience, design, and regulatory-compliant digital therapeutics, we’re aiming to launch global pilots in the U.S., France, and Australia with partners like Microsoft, Red Antler, and tier-1 hospital adviors and government allicances.

What You’ll Do

• Lead technical architecture, development, and deployment of O2’s platform (IOS + Android mobile).

• Own the full build—from MVP to scalable, compliant infrastructure (HIPAA, GDPR).

• Collaborate with the founder on product strategy, roadmap, and UX execution.

• Integrate AI, sound therapy, and creative tech features into a secure, hospital-ready environment.

• Build and lead a small technical team as we scale.

You Might Be a Fit If You

• Have full-stack development experience (React, Node.js, AWS/Azure; mobile a plus).

• Understand or are willing to learn healthcare compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, DTx standards).

• Thrive in early-stage startup environments and can build quickly with limited resources.

• Are excited to work on meaningful tech that impacts children’s lives worldwide.

• Bring a founder’s mindset and want equity, ownership, and a long-term role in shaping the company.

Location: Flexible (with occasional travel to pilot sites in U.S., France (Paris , and Australia (Sydney))
Compensation: Equity + potential salary as funding scales
