About This Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries and resolving issues.

What You'll Do

Provide exceptional customer support across various channels.
Utilize customer relationship management tools to manage interactions.
Handle conflict resolution with professionalism and empathy.
Demonstrate product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Offer technical support as needed.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in customer service roles.
Strong skills in multichannel communication.
Ability to learn quickly and apply product knowledge.
Proficient in conflict resolution and technical support.
