🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔ Design and implement enterprise ServiceNow AIOps solutions
✔ Configure Event Management, Health Log Analytics (HLA), Metric Intelligence (MI), and Agent Client Collector
✔ Implement machine learning-based anomaly detection and predictive operations
✔ Integrate monitoring tools using REST APIs, SNMP, and Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) connectors
✔ Design event correlation rules, service health models, dashboards, and alert strategies
✔ Develop automation using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow Orchestration
✔ Build automated remediation workflows for operational incidents
✔ Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, and ITSM teams
✔ Conduct client workshops, technical documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer
✔ Optimize ServiceNow platform performance and drive continuous improvements

⭐ Client Consulting Experience
⭐ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
