Mortgage Loan Officer

About This Role

We are looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process and providing exceptional service to help them secure loans that meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Originate and process mortgage loans from application to closing.

• Analyze credit and financial information to assess loan eligibility.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements throughout the loan process.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster trust and satisfaction.

• Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessment for loan applications.

• Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to facilitate smooth transactions.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Proven experience in loan origination and processing.

• Strong understanding of credit analysis and regulatory compliance.

• Excellent customer relationship management skills.

• Ability to perform financial analysis and assess risk effectively.

• Actively self-generating business - 2+ deals per month in one of our licensed states (CO, FL, IL, TX, GA)
