Pool Technician

About This Role

We are looking for a skilled Pool Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and cleanliness of swimming pools while providing excellent customer service to our clients.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and repair pool equipment, ensuring it runs efficiently
• Monitor and adjust water chemistry to meet safety standards
• Troubleshoot issues with filtration systems and other pool components
• Perform chemical balancing to maintain optimal water quality
• Adhere to safety regulations while performing maintenance
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service and maintenance needs

What We're Looking For

• Mid-level experience in pool maintenance (3-4 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of water chemistry and safety regulations
• Proficiency in troubleshooting pool equipment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to communicate in English; Spanish and Portuguese are a plus
