Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

Experience: 12+ Years

Location: Juno Beach, FL / Houston, Tx – Onsite

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, strong experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, REST/SOAP integrations, Salesforce security, and data modeling, along with the ability to provide technical leadership and mentor Salesforce developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce applications using Apex and LWC.

• Design scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.

• Develop complex Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, schedulable classes, and asynchronous processes.

• Build reusable and responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Develop and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries and Salesforce data models.

• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Work with Salesforce APIs, platform events, middleware, and integration frameworks.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.

• Establish coding standards, design patterns, and development guidelines.

• Lead technical discussions with architects, business analysts, developers, QA, and business stakeholders.

• Troubleshoot complex Salesforce application and integration issues.

• Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for production issues.

• Design solutions considering Salesforce governor limits, scalability, performance, and security.

• Mentor and provide technical guidance to Salesforce developers.

• Support Salesforce deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production environments.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide technical estimates and project updates.
