Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday

We are currently looking for a reliable, hardworking Fish Prep & Warehouse Associate to join our Indianapolis team. This is a hands-on position responsible for preparing and portioning fish for our food trucks while helping maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary base of operations.

No previous fish-cutting experience is required. Training will be provided.

What You'll Do

Fish Prep

Defrost and prepare fish fillets for our food trucks

Cut and portion fish according to company quality and portion standards

Follow proper food-handling and food-safety procedures

Maintain a clean and sanitary fish-preparation area

Clean and properly store knives, equipment, and supplies

Warehouse & Inventory

Receive and help put away incoming shipments

Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation

Keep the warehouse and work areas clean and organized

Sweep and mop floors

Clean and maintain the employee restroom

Take out trash and maintain waste areas

Help stage and organize supplies for daily food truck operations

Assist with other general facility duties as needed

What We're Looking For

Dependable and punctual

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Comfortable working independently

Able to follow food-safety, sanitation, and company procedures

Comfortable performing both food-preparation and facility-cleaning duties

Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks throughout the workday

Previous experience in food prep, warehouse, inventory, restaurant, production, or similar hands-on work is helpful, but not required

Schedule

This is a full-time position of approximately 40 hours per week. Work is performed Monday through Friday during our normal operating hours of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Specific start and end times may vary based on operational needs.

Compensation

$16.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience.
