• You have 4-6 years of significant experience in emerging companies and venture capital work.

• You are experienced with start-ups and emerging growth companies, including seed and venture capital financings and public offerings, and have done venture financings using NVCA documents while working in a premier corporate practice (required).

•  Additionally, you also have some experience with domestic M+A transactions particularly for startup companies and investors.

• You are proactive, with a strong business sense and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.

• You are involved with, or have an affinity for, technology, life sciences, and/or CPG businesses.

• You have the ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.

•  You are entrepreneurial, innovative, and forward thinking.

• You have excellent business and legal problem-solving skills and judgement.

• You have a strong work ethic, team player attitude and action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for transactions.

• You are admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing or are eligible to waive in.
