Overview

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join an innovative team building the AI-native operating system for institutional capital. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI products, LLM-powered systems, and intelligent agents that automate real investment analyst workflows.

You'll own projects from concept to deployment, working directly with clients while building scalable, production-grade software in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered software solutions.
• Develop LLM-based systems that process and analyze large volumes of fund documents.
• Build AI agents that automate complex investment analysis workflows.
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python, React, and TypeScript.
• Build scalable cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases.
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Own the full software development lifecycle from architecture through production deployment.

Required Qualifications

• Strong professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience building applications on AWS.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Experience designing and shipping production software.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $130,000–$170,000
