What You’ll Be Doing

This is not an installation position. You will not be installing roofs. Our production department and install crews handle that.

As a Roof Inspector / Roofing Sales Trainee, you will be trained to:

• Inspect residential roofs

• Meet with homeowners and explain the roof inspection process

• Document roof conditions with photos and notes

• Help homeowners understand their options

• Generate leads through door knocking, referrals, and follow-up

• Sign roofing projects and work with our team through the sales process

This is a field-based role for someone who is comfortable talking to people, working outdoors, and learning a trade-related sales career.

• Interested in sales but do not want to sit in an office all day

No roofing experience is required. We are looking for the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Basic Requirements

• Reliable transportation

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Comfortable speaking with homeowners

• Self-motivated and dependable

• Monday to Friday

• Saturday work encouraged
