Hospice Registered Nurse to join their extraordinary care team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive environment. The role involves providing management and delivery of patient care plans, supporting patients, and consistently meeting critical deadlines for charting. The ideal candidate will have an RN license in the state of work, two years of RN experience with hospice experience preferred, and the ability to self-manage time and schedule. Key Responsibilities ● Provide management and delivery of patient care plans ● Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting ● Self-manage time and schedule Schedule and Shift Details ● Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm and one weekend on-call every 5-7 weeks Friday, Saturday, & Sunday, 8pm-8am; 2 holidays/year Travel ● Occasional local travel
