📍 Location: Carlsbad, NM 88220
💼 Employment: Full-Time | W2
💰 Salary: $450,000–$550,000/year
🎯 Experience: 5+ years preferred
👨‍⚕️ Opening: 1 Position
⏰ Call: 1-in-4 rotation | Monday–Thursday | 7 PM–7 AM
💵 Overtime: Paid for hours worked over 40/week
🎓 Student Loan Repayment: Potential eligibility for up to $300,000 with a qualifying 4-year service commitment

📋 QUALIFICATIONS
• MD or DO with completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active New Mexico Medical License or eligibility to obtain one
• Current ACLS & PALS certifications
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Comfortable working in a collaborative care-team model with CRNAs
