Account Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a client-focused Account Manager to oversee projects, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure smooth delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
Manage client accounts from briefing to project completion.
Coordinate with internal teams (production, operations, design, etc.).
Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and quality standards.
Identify upselling opportunities and support business growth.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years’ account management or client service experience in Dubai.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
English fluency (Arabic is a plus).
