Senior AI Engineer

The Role: Design, develop, and deploy production AI agents that streamline trading operations and improve productivity. You'll build intelligent systems using Python and AI frameworks, working directly with traders and researchers in a high-feedback environment.

What You'll Build:

• Production AI agents for trading, research, and operations workflows

• Autonomous systems integrated with enterprise infrastructure

• Agent evaluation platforms and performance optimization tools

• Solutions using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks

Day-to-Day:

• Collaborate with traders and researchers (feedback loops measured in hours, not weeks)

• Evaluate and integrate third-party AI models and services

• Build and maintain agent orchestration systems

• Work with massive proprietary real-time financial datasets

• Leverage distributed compute and GPU infrastructure for deep learning

Requirements:

• Education: CS or Math degree from top-tier university (MIT, Stanford, CMU, Berkeley, Caltech, Georgia Tech, Cornell, Princeton, Harvard, etc.)

• Experience: 3+ years Python development, proven AI agent framework experience

• Background: FAANG (Google, Meta, Amazon, Netflix, Microsoft) or competitor quant firm

• Tenure: Stable work history—2.5+ year average tenure, signs of promotion preferred

• Authorization: Must be authorized to work in U.S. (no sponsorship)
