Key Requirements We are seeking a strong technical leader with a proven track record of successfully delivering Databricks migration projects. This individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing migration activities while partnering with both internal and external stakeholders.

Required Experience

• Leading enterprise-scale data lake, data warehouse, and analytics platform migrations to Databricks

• Strong understanding of Azure cloud technologies, data platforms, and data engineering best practices

• Experience with governance, security, performance optimization, and organizational change management

• Managing cross-functional teams through complex technical transformation initiatives

• Expertise in project planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication

• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable project plans and executive-level updates

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
