Role DescriptionPodcast Producer (Full-Time, On-Site | Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex)
We’re looking for a hands-on Podcast Producer to lead end-to-end podcast production for a growing roster of clients. You’ll collaborate directly with clients to plan episodes, shape content, and manage production from recording through final edit. You’ll also create content calendars and oversee publishing across distribution platforms, helping clients turn podcasting into consistent, high-quality content that supports their brand and business goals.
Qualifications ・ Proven experience producing, editing, and developing podcast content (end-to-end)
・ Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards in audio and delivery
・ Proficiency with audio editing tools and production workflows
・ Working knowledge of major podcast hosting and distribution platforms
・ Ability to support promotion through social media and short-form content strategies
・ Excellent communication, client-facing, and project management skills
・ Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
