Seeking a highly experienced WMS Release Manager to lead and execute the release lifecycle for a fast-paced 3PL warehouse environment. This role is responsible for coordinating frequent system changes—including configurations, enhancements, and defect fixes—while ensuring operational stability across distribution centers.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, understands Manhattan Active’s continuous update model, and can balance rapid delivery with the realities of warehouse operations (labor, throughput, customer SLAs).

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Release Management, Deployment Management, or IT Delivery

• Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS (cloud-native platform required)

• Proven experience managing frequent, iterative releases in production environments

• Strong understanding of:

• WMS configuration management and promotion processes

• Multi-environment lifecycle (tenant-based environments)

• Integration dependencies (ERP, TMS, automation/MHE, parcel systems)

• Experience supporting live warehouse operations, preferably in a 3PL setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in 3PL / contract logistics environments (multi-client, multi-site operations)

• Exposure to automation systems (conveyors, sorters, AMRs, etc.) integrated with WMS

• Familiarity with:

• Manhattan Active extensibility framework

• API-driven integrations

• Experience working in Agile or product-driven delivery models

• ITIL or structured change/release governance background
