Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong expertise in SAP Commissions and SAP Agent Performance Management (APMe) to oversee and deliver enterprise-scale compensation and incentive management initiatives. This role will manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring seamless integration, configuration, reporting, and operational excellence while driving strategic business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of program management, SAP Commissions, and SAP APMe technical expertise, with experience leading cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
Program Management
• Lead end-to-end SAP Commissions and APMe projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support seamless integration, configuration, and reporting processes.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, project reviews, and status updates.
• Ensure solutions align with organizational standards, compliance requirements, and strategic goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and system performance.
SAP Commissions & APMe Leadership
• Design, develop, and enhance SAP APMe solutions.
• Configure compensation and incentive management structures within SAP APMe and SAP Commissions.
• Develop and implement SAP Commissions configuration strategies to improve performance and accuracy.
• Monitor and analyze SAP Commissions reports to provide actionable business insights.
• Support integration efforts between SAP systems and internal/external applications.
Technical Oversight
• Develop and optimize SQL and PL-SQL queries for data processing, reporting, and analytics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues related to performance, integrations, and data accuracy.
• Analyze large datasets to validate outputs and improve operational efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance across SAP platforms.
Team Collaboration & Governance
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to onshore and offshore teams.
• Deliver training and support on SAP Commissions and APMe tools and processes.
• Maintain comprehensive technical and operational documentation.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
