About This Role
We are looking for a dedicated RN Med Surg to join our healthcare team. This position involves providing quality patient care in a medical-surgical environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering excellent clinical services while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
What You'll Do
Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify needs and develop care plans.
Manage wound care effectively and efficiently.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
Maintain accurate charting and documentation of patient information.
Implement infection control practices diligently.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient care.
Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
Respond to emergencies with basic life support techniques.
What We're Looking For
A Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
Relevant nursing experience in a medical-surgical setting is preferred.
Strong skills in patient assessment, medication management, and care plan development.
Current certifications in ACLS and BLS.
Ability to work on-site and engage with patients directly.
