Forward Deployed Analytics Engineer

**HIRING: Forward Deployed Analytics Engineer | Healthcare AI**
**7–8 OPENINGS | $150K–$200K + Equity | NYC**
Looking for **senior Analytics/Data Engineers** who can combine **healthcare finance domain expertise + strong SQL/dbt + customer-facing engineering**.

This is **NOT a BI/reporting role**. You’ll build production data pipelines and transformation layers that power an **agentic AI platform for healthcare finance**.
**MUST HAVE:**
✅ 7+ years Data/Analytics Engineering
✅ Strong SQL + Python + dbt
✅ Healthcare data experience
✅ Claims / reimbursement / revenue cycle / health-system finance
✅ Built data pipelines **end-to-end from scratch**
✅ SQL/dbt transformation layer + business logic
✅ Customer-facing technical experience — FDE / Integrations / Solutions Engineering
✅ Health tech startup, health system, or healthcare consulting experience

**Not a fit:**
• Primarily BI / Tableau / Looker
• Pipeline maintenance only
• Clinical/EHR-only experience without finance/claims
• Pharma rebates or other healthcare-adjacent experience

**Role:** Full-time
**Location:** Union Square, Manhattan
**Schedule:** 4 days onsite / 1 day remot **Salary:** $150K–$200K + Equity
