Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, and Finance/Accounts Payable Operations (APO).

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, JavaScript, Flow Designer, Automated Test Framework (ATF), integrations, and custom application development.

You will work closely with business process owners, architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, and maintain solutions across ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and custom Finance/APO modules.

• Develop and maintain:

  • Business Rules
  • Script Includes
  • Client Scripts
  • UI Policies
  • UI Actions
  • Scheduled Jobs
  • Access Control Rules (ACLs)

• Build and optimize Flow Designer flows, subflows, approvals, and automation processes.

• Design and execute Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites for functional, integration, and regression testing.

• Develop and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations.

• Work with IntegrationHub and MID Server.

• Manage Update Sets and support ServiceNow release management and platform upgrades.

• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and technical teams.

• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow development and security best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

• 15+ years of overall IT experience preferred.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification – Mandatory.

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM.

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM.

• Experience with Finance/Accounts Payable Operations (APO) or custom Finance modules.

• Advanced JavaScript development skills.

• Strong experience with:

  • Business Rules
  • Script Includes
  • Client Scripts
  • UI Actions
  • ACLs
  • UI Policies

• Advanced experience with Flow Designer.

• Strong experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF).

• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.

• Experience with Update Sets, release management, platform upgrades, and production support.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM or CSM.
• Experience with Scoped Application Development.
• Experience with CMDB, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
• Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a remote environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The ideal candidate is a senior ServiceNow professional with extensive development experience across ITSM, CSM, and Finance/APO, combined with strong scripting, automation, testing, and integration expertise.
