About the Role

We believe great content isn’t just marketing - it’s a distribution engine. 

We’re looking for a Content Growth Marketer who can turn content into measurable user growth.

This is not a “post and schedule” role.

You’ll own content strategy and execution across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Reddit, with a strong focus on what actually drives traction.

What You’ll Do

• Own and execute content across Instagram (Reels), LinkedIn, and Reddit
• Create high-performing content: short-form video, carousels, memes, founder posts, and threads
• Build a strong LinkedIn presence (company + founder voice)
• Identify trends, hooks, and formats that can perform in the US market
• Experiment with Reddit communities in a non-spammy, high-signal way
• Track performance (engagement, CTR, conversions) and continuously iterate
• Work closely with the team to translate product value into content that resonates

What We’re Looking For

Must have:

• Proven ability to create high-performing or viral content
• Deep understanding of US social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit)
• Excellent English writing with strong storytelling and hooks
• Strong sense of what makes content shareable and engaging
• Data-driven mindset — you test, learn, and optimize
• Hands-on: you can create content yourself, not just plan

Nice to have:

• Experience in SaaS, AI, or productivity tools
• Built or scaled social accounts from 0 to meaningful growth
• Experience with LinkedIn personal branding or founder-led content
• Familiarity with Reddit culture and growth tactics
• Strong meme and internet culture awareness
