Job Description

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with 3–4 years of experience to develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong Python, ML, data processing, and cloud experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, train, evaluate, and optimize ML models.

• Develop ML pipelines using Python and relevant frameworks.

• Work with structured and unstructured datasets.

• Perform feature engineering and model validation.

• Deploy models using cloud and container technologies.

• Monitor model performance and improve production models.

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business teams.

Required Skills

• 3–4 years of ML/AI engineering experience.

• Strong Python programming.

• Experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.

• Machine learning algorithms and statistics.

• SQL and data processing.

• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.

• REST APIs, Docker, and Git.

• ML deployment/MLOps experience.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred

• NLP/LLMs or Generative AI experience.

• MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow or similar tools.

• Kubernetes experience.

• CI/CD and production ML pipelines.
