Big Spur Financial is expanding, and we’re training motivated individuals to become Financial Services Representatives. If you’re coachable, ambitious, and ready to grow, we’ll provide the education, mentorship, and support to help you get licensed and build your own book of business.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with 100% commission-based compensation and uncapped earning potential. No base salary is provided.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet (virtually or in-person) with individuals and families to understand their financial goals
• Analyze client needs and develop customized strategies
• Educate clients on financial concepts in simple, clear language
• Work alongside experienced advisors for mentorship and case support
• Continue professional development through training and licensing

• No prior financial experience required.

Basic Requirements:

• Must be 18+ years old
• U.S. Citizen, Legal Resident, or Work Permit holder with SSN
• Able to obtain required licenses within 60 days (licensing fees may apply)
• Access to reliable internet and a professional work environment
