Senior Bookkeeper

About This Role

We are looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to join our team remotely. In this role, you will oversee essential financial processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will work closely with the finance team to maintain financial records and support our business operations.

What You'll Do

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accurate records.

• Maintain the general ledger, preparing journal entries as necessary.

• Conduct bank reconciliations to verify accounts and resolve discrepancies.

• Prepare financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial status.

• Handle tax preparation and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule using QuickBooks.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance or accounting is a plus.

• Significant experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.

• Strong understanding of financial reporting, tax regulations, and payroll processing.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
