About the Role

We're looking for exceptional Software Engineers who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy building products end-to-end. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full stack—one week you may be prototyping new AI-driven systems, the next optimizing distributed infrastructure, building scalable backend services, or creating intuitive frontend experiences.

You'll collaborate closely with engineers, researchers, and product teams to solve challenging technical problems while shipping production-ready software at high velocity.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications from concept to production.
• Develop modern user interfaces using React and Next.js.
• Build scalable backend services using Node.js and/or Python.
• Design APIs and distributed systems capable of handling large-scale workloads.
• Work with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and event-driven architectures.
• Build internal tools and customer-facing products with a strong focus on performance and usability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to rapidly prototype and deliver new features.
• Take ownership of projects from architecture through deployment and ongoing improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 1–4 years of professional software engineering experience.

• Strong experience with:

  • React
  • Next.js
  • TypeScript / JavaScript
  • Node.js and/or Python
  • Kubernetes

• Experience building and deploying production-grade applications.

• Strong understanding of API design, distributed systems, and scalable architectures.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on engineering mindset.

• Ability to work independently and own projects from start to finish.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a high-growth startup or venture-backed technology company.

• Experience building AI-enabled products or developer platforms.

• Familiarity with:

  • Kafka
  • Redis
  • Elasticsearch
  • AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform

• Strong product intuition with experience building customer-facing applications.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
