Founded in 1972, Palomar Properties is a community-oriented property management team overseeing the daily needs of ten apartment communities located throughout Pinellas County, Florida. We are dedicated to creating and maintaining a sense of home for residents in all of our communities. Our on-site representatives undergo extensive training to promote high-quality management standards as well. Each of our apartment communities has their own Community App, allowing residents the convenience to pay rent, sign their lease, file maintenance requests, and so much more all online. The Palomar convenience doesn’t end there. Our residents also have the option to transfer to any of our communities without having to pay any additional application fees. We know that moving can be extremely overwhelming so we partnered with moved.com which allows for everything on your to-do list to be in one place.
