Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a thorough Maintenance Supervisor to undertake the responsibility to preserve the condition and functionality of multifamily housing premises. You will perform maintenance tasks of many varieties such as grounds keeping, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, etc. A Maintenance Supervisor professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to maintain the apartments, buildings, and common areas in the best possible condition while bringing a satisfactory response to resident issues. oversee the daily operation of the text, making sure punches are done in a timely manner as well as the work orders. Being able to pull reports from one site and maintain the make ready board. We need someone with a yes I can attitude and Good team player . Emergency on call rotation every 4 weeks on 2 properties. Work schedule 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday.
