Our goal is to work ourselves out of a job as quickly as possible — by equipping your team with the strategy, plan, budget, and capacity to achieve your goals. We align our services around your goals, not the other way around. Our long term vision is a non-profit ecosystem and progressive movement that has the digital talent and capacity needed to achieve all our shared goals — safeguarding our freedoms against fascism, stopping the worst impacts of climate change, and so much more. To achieve this vision, we’re picky about who we work with, and rarely accept projects where training, coaching, capacity building, or long term strategic planning aren’t part of the scope.
