We’re not just consultants; we partner with campaigns to grow the resilience of the progressive movement through digital strategy and capacity building.

We are seeking a qualified freelance (1099) Contractor to support our growing client portfolio. This is a part-time, remote contract role for an experienced digital practitioner who is good at project management, details, and learning various digital tools.

About the Role

The Production and Copywriting Contractor will ensure quality execution across email, ads, SMS, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who loves writing words, managing operations, producing smooth workflows, and supporting values-driven organizations doing meaningful work.

This contract offers 15–25 hours of work per week, depending on client needs. Hours may expand seasonally based on workload.

Responsibilities

Copywriting & Content Support
● Draft short-form copy for emails, digital ads, and landing pages using client messaging guidance.
● Edit, proofread, and polish strategist-drafted content for clarity, accuracy, and tone.

Email Production & Quality Assurance
● Load emails into platforms such as ActionKit, Action Network, EveryAction/Bonterra, or similar tools.
● Format, link, and test emails to ensure they render properly across devices and clients.
● Perform rigorous QA, including link checks, image verification, targeting/segmentation review, and final pre-send checks.

Digital Ads Production & QA
● Place ads across Meta, Google, and/or programmatic platforms (experience with at least one is preferred).
● Complete or assist with Meta ad verification for political/social issue ads, if needed.
● Execute QA processes to ensure correct audiences, budgets, creative specs, and tracking parameters.

Reporting & Analytics Support
● Pull weekly and monthly metrics from email, ads, and social platforms.
● Build clean, client-ready reporting decks, sheets, and summaries.
● Support data hygiene tasks and ensure Radicle’s internal metrics are consistently updated.
