Company overview

Ground Support has been an integral part of New York City coffee since 2009. We were adopted as the communal living room for Soho, and were friends with everyone who passed by. We travelled to origin to meet with farmers, trained hundreds of baristas to brew well and showcase our coffee. We used local products to feed our clientele with house made sandwiches and pastry. In addition to hard work, our success was a result of clear vision. We established efficient work flows, accurate reporting measures, democratized management, and built warmth into our employee training. We spent time forging an approach that your business can benefit from.
