Payroll Administrator

Epicwayz Advisors is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Payroll Administrator to manage payroll processing with accuracy and efficiency. This role is ideal for a candidate who can work independently while ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and maintaining strict confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis

• Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and salary changes

• Accurately calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions

• Review and verify timesheets, resolving discrepancies as needed

• Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and statutory requirements

• Prepare payroll reports for management

• Respond to employee payroll-related queries promptly

• Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate data

• Assist with payroll audits and maintain proper documentation

• Handle all payroll information with strict confidentiality

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in payroll administration or a similar role

• Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements

• Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)

Work Schedule:

• Part-time hours (flexible schedule based on payroll cycles)

• May require additional hours during peak payroll periods

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with payroll systems such as Sage, ADP, or similar

• Knowledge of statutory deductions and employment regulations
