Epicwayz Advisors is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Payroll Administrator to manage payroll processing with accuracy and efficiency. This role is ideal for a candidate who can work independently while ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis
Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and salary changes
Accurately calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
Review and verify timesheets, resolving discrepancies as needed
Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and statutory requirements
Prepare payroll reports for management
Respond to employee payroll-related queries promptly
Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate data
Assist with payroll audits and maintain proper documentation
Handle all payroll information with strict confidentiality
Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven experience in payroll administration or a similar role
Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements
Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
Work Schedule:
Part-time hours (flexible schedule based on payroll cycles)
May require additional hours during peak payroll periods
Preferred Skills:
Experience with payroll systems such as Sage, ADP, or similar
Knowledge of statutory deductions and employment regulations
