About the Role

Artgratia is looking for a motivated Power BI Developer with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing analytics and digital solutions team. In this role, you will transform raw data into meaningful insights through interactive dashboards and reports that support business decision-making across creative and technical projects.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, designers, and engineers to deliver clean, accurate, and visually compelling analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into BI solutions

  • Connect to multiple data sources including SQL databases, Excel, APIs, and cloud platforms

  • Perform data cleaning, transformation, and modeling using Power Query

  • Develop advanced calculations and measures using DAX

  • Build efficient data models (relationships, hierarchies, and optimized schemas)

  • Improve report performance and usability

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making

  • Maintain and enhance existing BI solutions

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience working with Microsoft Power BI

  • Strong understanding of DAX

  • Experience with Power Query (M language) for data transformation

  • Good knowledge of data modeling concepts (star schema, relationships)

  • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and managing data

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis tools)

  • Understanding of business reporting and KPI development

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with data pipelines or ETL processes

  • Familiarity with other BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)

  • Understanding of data governance and security concepts (RLS, role-based access)

  • Experience working in a creative, consulting, or digital agency environment

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and ability to explain data insights clearly

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
