About This Role
We are looking for an Office Assistant to support our team in a hybrid work environment. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent customer service.
What You'll Do
Manage data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members.
Utilize office software to create and edit documents.
Provide outstanding customer service to clients and visitors.
Organize and manage files and records for easy access.
Prepare various documents and presentations as needed.
Assist with medical coding tasks when required.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in an office environment is preferred.
Proficiency in office software applications.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Familiarity with medical coding is a plus.
Benefits & Compensation
Hourly pay ranging from $18 to $25, based on experience.
