Job description

As a Lead Intake Manager at Kin Facto, your core responsibilities include:

  • Outbound calls/texts/emails from inbound leads that have filled out a new client form

  • Qualify leads based on legal criteria provided for each case type (Personal Injury, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Immigration, DUI, Traffic)

  • Ask empathetic, structured questions to gather essential case information

  • Log accurate lead data and call notes in the CRM (go high level)

  • Conduct basic conflict checks and escalate red flags

  • Book qualified appointments and flag unqualified leads for rejection

Process Support

  • Follow scripts, SOPs, and intake forms with precision

  • Use CRM tools to log every touchpoint with a lead

  • Ensure handoffs to attorneys or client intake teams are smooth and well-documented

You are the first impression and tip of the spear for Kin Facto. Success in this role is measured by your ability to qualify leads and push them to convert into clients for our attorneys.
