Role Description


  • Provide exceptional customer support to students, parents, and staff via phone, email, and chat.

  • Assist with inquiries related to school programs, admissions, and general information.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
