Job description

Legault-Dubois is an incorporated company whose mission is to help building owners, managers, and stakeholders in the construction and renovation industry prevent and resolve all residential and commercial building issues. With a team of more than 150 professionals, the company offers specific solutions to building problems across Quebec and Canada.


Role Description


  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement within the construction and renovation industry.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

  • Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes, requirements, and project deliverables.

  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project goals.


Qualification


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
