Mindshare Consulting Inc. is looking for a results-driven Social Media Strategist with strong experience in content creation, Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics, and WordPress. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build brand visibility, create engaging content, manage paid campaigns, track performance, and turn social media activity into measurable business growth.
The right candidate must be creative, analytical, organized, and comfortable working across multiple client industries including restaurants, local services, ecommerce, SaaS, professional services, and other growing businesses.
Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy
Plan and execute social media strategies for clients across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms
Create monthly content calendars based on client goals, promotions, audience behavior, and platform trends
Develop content ideas that support brand awareness, lead generation, traffic, engagement, and conversions
Research competitors, industry trends, hooks, captions, hashtags, and creative angles
Recommend content formats including reels, carousels, stories, static posts, short videos, testimonials, offers, and educational content
Content Creation
Write captions, post copy, hooks, headlines, video scripts, and ad copy
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and internal teams to create high-quality social media assets
Help create content briefs for graphics, reels, videos, and campaign creatives
Ensure all content follows client brand guidelines, tone, messaging, and business goals
Review social media creatives before posting to ensure quality and accuracy
Meta Ads Management
Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
Build campaigns for lead generation, traffic, engagement, awareness, retargeting, and conversions
Create ad copy, audience targeting, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on CPA, CPL, CTR, ROAS, engagement, and conversion data
Manage Meta Pixel, events, conversion tracking, and lead form campaigns
Google Ads Support
Assist with Google Ads campaign planning, setup, and optimization
Work on Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns where needed
Support keyword research, ad copywriting, landing page review, and campaign reporting
Coordinate with the PPC team to align paid search and social media campaigns
Analytics and Reporting
Track and report campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other reporting tools
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
Measure KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, website traffic, conversions, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and audience growth
Use data to improve content strategy, ad performance, targeting, and conversion rates
WordPress and Website Support
Work with WordPress websites to update landing pages, blog posts, images, buttons, forms, and campaign content
Review landing pages for conversion issues, mobile experience, CTA clarity, tracking, and user flow
Coordinate with developers to improve campaign pages, forms, tracking, and website integrations
Understand basic SEO, page structure, internal linking, and content formatting inside WordPress
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or paid ads
Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager
Working experience with Google Ads
Experience creating social media content for brands or clients
Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Experience with WordPress is required
Good understanding of landing pages, website traffic, lead generation, and conversion tracking
Strong copywriting skills for captions, ad copy, hooks, and campaign messaging
Ability to analyze data and turn it into practical recommendations
Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
