THE ROLE
We have achieved early product–market fit and are now entering an exciting scale-up phase. We are looking for a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to join our fast-growing team, someone who can think strategically while also rolling up their sleeves to execute, helping us scale the product from early traction to the next stage of growth. Office Location: Bellevue, WA. Work Mode: Hybrid.
THE MISSION
· GTM and Growth
o Design and execute Go-To-Market strategies that fit our current business stage.
o Work with BD and Marketing to build a path from initial traction to scalable growth.
o Track key metrics such as activation, retention, and conversion, as well as iterate based on data.
· Product Planning and Delivery
o Co-create product vision and roadmap with founding and leadership teams.
o Lead user research, competitive analysis, user interviews, and basic data analysis.
o Write clear PRDs, define user flows, and create low to mid-fidelity mockups.
· Execution and Quality
o Run backlog grooming, spec reviews, and release reviews with engineering and design.
o Take ownership of feature quality and user experience, and drive quick improvements when needed.
· Product Launch and Customer Success
o Partner with operations to design onboarding and in-product education.
o Join key customer conversations, deeply understand their use cases, and translate feedback into product changes.
THE CANDIDATE
· Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3–7 years of product management experience.
· Hands-on experience going through PMF and a scale-up phase for at least one product, with concrete stories to share.
· Strong structured thinking and communication, turn vague problems into clear product plans; truly hands-on, comfortable writing specs, drawing mockups, checking data, and driving releases yourself.
· Strong sense of ownership and bias to action. Enjoy building things with a small, mission-driven team.
· Full professional proficiency in English and Chinese.
· Experience with B2B, SaaS, HR-tech, or marketplace products is a strong plus.
· Experience using experiments, analytics, and data-driven insights to guide product decisions.
· Familiarity with GTM strategies, growth experiments, or building product growth processes from early stages.
· Prior experience working in a startup or early-stage company environment is preferred.
