Role Description
The Growth Intern will support Helm AI’s go-to-market efforts by identifying, researching, and qualifying potential customers and partners. This full-time, on-site role in Bellevue, WA involves helping execute growth experiments, tracking funnel metrics, and preparing reports to inform strategic decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with outreach campaigns, drafting prospect communications, and coordinating follow-ups with the sales and marketing teams. The intern will help manage small projects, maintain organized pipelines and documentation, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teammates to refine messaging and offerings. This role is designed for someone eager to learn how an early-stage AI company scales, with exposure to sales, marketing, and product feedback loops.
Qualifications
・ Strong analytical skills, including comfort working with data, basic metrics, and structured problem solving.
・ Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
・ Interest or experience in growth hacking and sales, including experimentation with channels, messaging, or outreach strategies.
・ Basic project management abilities, such as organizing tasks, managing timelines, and coordinating across team members.
・ Curiosity about AI, simulation, or decision-intelligence products and willingness to learn technical concepts.
・ Ability to work on-site in Bellevue, WA in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
・ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, economics, engineering, data science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
・ Comfort with productivity and CRM tools (e.g., spreadsheets, slide tools, and modern collaboration platforms); prior startup or growth experience is a plus.
